Learned something the hard way.
After sitting in dock I was towed to, and after a couple of hours of major repairs, I went to TRADECOM and decide to replenish my stock of repair minerals.
Bad Idea, since cargo bay 1 status was still in the twenty percent range.
I had just gotten the ship from red alert, to yellow, and now green, when all of a sudden I'm back to red alert again!
Seems the minerals I bought and placed in the damaged cargo bay did not like each other and blew a big hole in the side of my CC, all while docked. Lost what I bought and destroyed the bay to register 0%.
That court martial hearing will not be fun.
When I finally did leave the dock, I saw a message about chemical explosion imminent. Too bad I didn't get that message as I was playing chemist. I'm such an idiot.

LMAO!!! Yah, I think the appendix or manual mentions NOT having high levels of certain mix (e.g. URANIUM,STRONTIUM,KRYPTONIUM) of minerals in your cargo bay for an extended period of time or things will go BOOM!.
If things don't go boom, you will get massive radiation.

Eheh, I'm pretty sure some people already noticed it and reported in the various BC/UC forums. Looks like someone should have a closer look around the board !

Yes, Radiation appeared on Deck 2 as well.
Glad I was somewhere I could clean up that mess.
Off I go then...
