I'm reinstall game (v2.08) - not patched to v2.09 yet! I'll try to use "/v1" and "/v57" keywords in bc3k.bat... Before (when it working fine) somewhere i can see a message (while game loading) where game wrote type of my video card... but here - nothing!!! If I'll try to patch it to v2.09 - all corrupted! Do you think so? But the game working on this S3 Trio card before!.. And working FINE!.. in Reqiurements wrote "...PCI card" - such as mine! I'll try to reinstall the game and use "/v57" in comand line. What do you think about multicard? Maybe a reason here? As Finder1 said - maybe game can't use mouse through the multicard? I've read the FAQ... I've try all that things... I'll try it again... At first - thanks to all for reply! AGAIN: I'm talking about BC3000AD v.2.09 - not BCM! No, Pentium-S 100MHz 32RAM - is not a problem! Game working just fine on this configuration before!!! I say more! It was work at my old PC - 486/66 with 16 RAM 1M-video(by Win-95)! So 166MHz - not so STRONG needed! Thanks for Derek, his game more then unsensivity for this one! All bigining after my previous MotherBoard's BIOS was burn... I find some old MotherBord with damaged COMx ports, I've installed my existing processor from burning MB to this new one. For using Mouse & modem (by COMx)I've dig multicard, which working fine - it was tested! - and connect on it modem, printer, FDD and mouse, with disable this items in BIOS's setup: quote: FDD on board -> Disabled Serial port 1-> Disabled Serial port 2-> Disabled Parallel port-> Disabled So, my mouse connected at COM port (9 pins) on this Multicard. At the end full system's specs: Pentium-S, 100 MHz RAM 32 (EDO) Video - S3Trio64V+ PCI, 1M MB - "Intel PCISet, FW82371AB, L733TA33, SL23P, Intel© 96" - this wrote on one of the two biggest crystals on MB - at centre (near processor) Muticard - for big (not PCI) slot - "GoldStar, Prima 2C, 9423" - wrote on crystal System - Windows-98SE HDD's contents not changed after all. Of course, system automatically updated after it find a new chips and new MB card, but nothing more! I'll checked - NO viruses present... Yesterday I've try again to play - and game crashed at the middle of intro - not passed full second "intro-film" to its end!... Again system wrote "DOS/4GW Professional error (2001): ..." but another words below... At another games all working fine: and mouse, and all things (right now! with new MB)... I'm stuck only at this game! BUT its my lovely game! Besides, I'm reading RPG stories on the way from(to) home at subway train... I have a v2.09. Sometimes I have a troubles... For example: in first mision (ACM) after Dip.1 docking - I launch 2 shuttles - 1-st to DebrisField for cargosweep, and 2-nd to Omega(?)Eridani for collect HSD... 2-nd SC lucky jumping out from the (my own) system, meanwhile I give a order to SC1 for CARGOSWEEP - and nothing happen! My SC as a stupid junk fly to D.F. and don't collect anything!!!) I'll try swich to SH1 for direct mode (for flying myself by Alt-F5) - and inside the SC1 use "order"-> CARGOSWEEP (I'm always see contens of Deb.Field - Cargo Pods and so on)... and from here - BOOM - I'm out of the game! WHY? But its happen NOT EACH TIME! What's the problem? Another one Qs... Why I can't Use "CONTINUE" button after saving? If I use this thing - after trying at second time use SAVE process - my system Crashed and I'm "Bailing OUT" to Windows... Thanks to all !!! ... But... i know (for now ) how to dock... BUT I can NOT Find That Base! i find ZBASE1 zone (on Earth) Click on in... oops! only white, white-blinking, yellow Mission zones! In the manuals i saw, that Base - is RED... But Where is it ? NO RED ZONES... About Appendix V - what is it? i have no This appendix! I only have A-T,U...No V! Where i can grab it? I saw somewhere in forum, that v.2.09 Don't need MapPack... Is it true? ... What about Artifacts? How To pulling it from ship without destruction of ship? It's possible? Sorry I'm not enough good in English, so maybe I'm look like a stupid guy, but please, don't leave me! What is the "Mugging" TYRN? I can't translate this word. What you mean? DaisyMae??? What's the problem? After bigining this mission (I stationed at Zerin - after it capturing in last mission) i have a probe in the Midae system. In this system i can easy find this ship (After its hyperJumping in)... After all in this system jumping in a next artifact stored ship... I have No problems here. But Why i lose Fleet control after this mission? Easy Money? i'm searching Debris fields ... Many Junks, but sometime its useful (Like a OTS weapons ), which I can sell after all... Thanks for Hugo Pinheiro I've got a BC3000AD v.2.08 CD (patched to v.2.09)... But some question still alive... 1-st - How to dock with Planetary Starbase? Which craft can do this? ... I find yellow blinking dot on map (there write "...base"), zoom in... and what I see? Many mission zones! someones whiteblinking... ... and where I must landing? Can I trade in this Base (if I can dock with it!) such as on the Orbital Station? 2-nd - TOD2 M1/1 ... Patrol Varan... What i must to do? While I've been there no one raider 've been sighted! And as result - my Exp.Points dropped from 6XXX to -3XXX ...MINUS!!! Why?... Maybe I must investigate a surface? On Varan and booth moons present Raiders Bases... And so what? 3-rd - If I trashed ship for artifact, which it carry on its board - that caste start glowing RED on radar (with bad consequence for me! ) from Blue... can I somehow "rebuild" they opinion about me again to blue or not?... 4-th - Mission where I Must finding 'Daisymae'... Must i trash that ship for artifact? Or I can do this some later - maybe this ship must survive for something? Again - About Artifacts... T.A.Shield - is upgrade - I'm understand... But What about C.ORB? Must I Install it somehow? HSD... For grab it at first TOD - at bigin - I have no enough Fuel (and money for it!) for return, And at the end of TOD 1 - have no enough time...
