Saw it. I give it somewhere around a 5 out of 10. It is pretty good as a very mindless B-type movie. Can't take it with even one ounce of seriousness though. I thought it was just too funny that Captain Nemo is this quick and nimble Kung-Fu martial arts fighter!

10 out of 10. Best movie this summer with perhaps the exception of the Matrix! It has great humor combined with plenty of action. Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow is excellent in this!

Sometimes planet bases have Starbases which you can dock at and trade/repair like Space Stations, check the appendix for where these are located. Another good reason to land on a planet is to launch mining drones to mine minerals to sell for money. 3. Yes 4. Your carrier takes a lot longer to make the hyperjump to the action than your fighters, but your carrier's PTA turrets work wonders on enemy ships Captain's discretion. I like the mouse control a lot. IMO it beats the keyboard hands down. Its deffinately not as good as a joystick, but I don't have my joystick with me at the moment.

A FUN way to get money is to just collect the cargo pods of all the GALCOM craft you blow up. Then sell the loot you plundered. Its not the fastest way to get rich quick, but it sure is fun!

Anyone else have any comments? (non-gammulans feel free to post here if you want to, but this WILL NOT turn into an Us vs You thread.)

Take note, that card is of the Quadro line. The Nvidia Quadro cards are ment for workstations with professional developers working with CAD, etc. The Geforce 3 Quadro card was over $1000, so I'm not surprised this one is as well. The non-quadro default Geforce FX for normal consumers is ment to compete with Radeon's card wich would place it at $500 or less.

I download the fileplanet trial version but I have not played it yet. When I tried installing it, it makes you do some stuff with fileplanet, and it also seems to want to install another application along with the demo. I am not desperate enough to go through that to try the demo out....yet.
