  3. Heya, congrats Epsilon, have one on me (yes, I know, no beer ) Anyway, have a nice day.
  4. Suggestions for a new fleet. Now this can be fun... [rp] Riga sits down on his lazy chair and looks around. "Anyone has some pizza left?" [/rp]

  8. You might want to give rivatuner a try. It has overclocking functionality in it. Open the appropriate tab (don't know by heart which one, but it's pretty self explanetory [sp?]). Have a look at the current settings of your card and compare these with the 'reference settings' for your card. Note that some cards (gainward golden sample I think) are overclocked by default and I don't know how much you can lower the clock frequency with rivatuner. Just be careful though, I'm not an expert with these kind of tools (I've got a Leadtek, and use the tools that came with the card) You might also give Geforce Tweak Utitlity a try, but I dont know it that will offer you options to change the clock frequency.
  9. You released it just after I promised the missus that I would spend less time on the computer... Doh... (downloading now )

But they teleported into another dimension instead (oops )[/QB]Stop talking theory and start practice. Read about teleportation of light here not quite suitable for humans yet, but it's a start.
  11. I get about 4 or 5 per month. Each time it's a new name (cut and paste comes to mind). Most are from Nigeria as well. Only one way to deal with those...
  12. quote:Originally posted by Joaquin: OK, how about this let's all promise not to ask Derek any questions for one or two months. I'm sure it's a work in progress and there will be some problems. Just explore it for a couple of months then drop a laundry list of questions. We can all pitch in to give our experiences and solutions in the mean time. *grin*, that's a promise. On the other hand, I do not promise to ask questions to our other scripting gurus (like Gallion ) Just to ease your mind Gallion. I'll try to make sensible questions (if any, there is plenty of material to look at...) [ 05-31-2002, 14:33: Message edited by: Riga ]

  14. I've just been looking at the screenshot and they are awesome. You and your team are doing an excellent job. Now all I have to do is convince the missus that I _need_ to spawn some money
  15. Happy (even more slightly belated) birthday!
  16. quote:Originally posted by James Micron: Kind of new to the game. tried checking out the Intercorp web page and I get a bunch of errors and messages about it being under construction... How do I join, if I were inclined to do so?Welcome James, Hmm, that site is partially under construction, and kind of on the move (to a new server), but as all things go, it can take a while. Most intercorpers are chatting on another board, BC Commanders Forum. Look under BCM Independant Alliances, Intercorp Unlimited Inc. Most of us are waiting for MP, and in the meantime try to keep busy there with anything that comes to mind Hope to see you there BTW: nice to see another trader
  17. quote:Originally posted by Commander Jamont: the main thing about this topic is not the discussion about politics , but that someone got killed for saying there opinion .. so bugger offI agree 100% it is not about him being right or wrong. The suspect is rumoured to be a environmental activist, who supposedly acted because Fortuyn planned to legalize fox-farms (don't know the correct word ) where foxes are bred for their fur. Such a reason simply is to ridiculous for words... Anyway, there are strong indications that the suspect really is the person they are looking for, so all cautious wording probably gets clearer in the near future. It's a black day for democracy indeed.
  18. And do not forget to start posting. The latest Intercorp thread is kind of dying out again. We need fresh input need input, need input.... cya out there... [ 04-09-2002, 04:07: Message edited by: Riga ]
  19. quote:Originally posted by Menchise: quote:Resucitate Resnig (the last sport of the day... we can't let him die or there'll be no festival next year!!No, no, no. The festival should not end until Resnig is killed. If you keep him alive he will become competent and there will be no more bashing festivals. The first event of each festival should be to clone the foolish Resnig. I agree, we do have cloning modules for a reason...
  20. quote:Originally posted by Supreme Cmdr: I think I'll release it with the next patch and with the skeleton docs that I have. That should get aspiring modders started - especially if they already have BC3K GBS experience.*huge smile*
  21. quote:Originally posted by Supreme Cmdr: Nope. Haven't touched it since the last time I did. About two weeks ago.Well, we keep faith
  22. quote:Originally posted by Supreme Cmdr: The general consensus is to not release it to the public until I'm done with the docs. I will spend some time with it in the coming days. Gimme about a week or so. I've been buried between BCM patch, mp, XP1 etc etc and sitting down doing docs is just a boring venture. Not to rush you or anything, I'm just curious. Did you get any chance to make some progress on the documentation? [ 03-18-2002, 17:59: Message edited by: Riga ]
