  1. "I set a course just east of Lyra, northwest of Pegasus. Flew into the light of Deneb, sailed across the Milky Way. On my ship, the Rocinante , wheeling through the galaxies, Headed for the heart of Cygnus, headlong into mystery." I robbed the name for my ship from the song Cygnus X-1 by Rush. The name of the ship has always stuck with me.
  2. I understand. It was more of a rhetorical comment really, I had no intention of going any further with it.
  3. Thanks, I found it. For some reason I thought I had done it from the CC systems menu... I docked and found the [info] tab in the TRADCOM menu. It was on page 89 in the BCMG manual. I think that's where I got confused and couldn't find it in the manual, because I didn't remember that I was docked the last time I saw the Planetary Information. Would be kinda nice to be able to get that information from tacops for any Planet or Moon you observe, but I belive that would have to go into a wishlist thread. Thanks again, Eclipse. Regards, James
  4. Hey, my sincere apologies. I have read the manual, but perhaps I have missed it, there is a wealth of information there. Perhaps I should have mentioned that I am using BCMG. I think the manual is a little different, as in my manual 63 relates to the FATAL system and missile launching. I perused the various menus and could find no [info] tab. I will try again using the search function of the forums, and see what I can find. Thanks again.
  5. Okay, I was able to do it once, and I can't seem to remember how to do it again... Somehow I had been able to see information on a planet/moon, specifically related to mineral percentage on surface and other such pertinent information. I've been trying to figure out what I did for the last three days, but no dice... If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance.
  6. Just wanted to say thank you for your years of hard work on the BC series. About four (maybe five) years ago, I discovered BC3K at the Metro East Trade Centre (just east of Toronto). Being interested in space games, I picked it up at a bargain price (I don't think you'd want to know!) and loved it the moment I fired it up the first time. Through my work's internet access, I found out a lot more about the game, and ordered the version 2.x upgrade and was even more blown away. Over time, I admit, that I did drift away... but last week I noticed BCMG on the shelf, and it brought back memories of enjoyment I had with BC v2, so I promptly bought it... and I most definately was not disappointed! I guess the basic premise of this post is to thank you for continuing your work in a niche market. For a person such as myself, it is very difficult to find a game that I enjoy anymore. I think I'm cursed (or would that be blessed?) with an interest in intellectual games that usually ends up being classed as "niche". It was refreshing to rediscover the BC series, and re-emerse myself in its world. Thank you. I wish you nothing but success with your future endeavours, and rest assured that you have at least one more fan that will look forward to enjoying your future projects. Thank you again for all your hard work. Sincerely, James McQueen.
