  3. That's gotta cost thousands of dollars to build a rig like that! Wish I had one of those...
  4. Are you sure it's the actual Fallout 3 and not another spinoff such as Tactics (even though Tactics was excellent)?

  6. Are there any fighters that are just superior at dogfighting, or does it just depend on the pilot?
  7. quote: The second one, "Need help with fighters" is a good thread. Yeah, I noticed it just after I posted my own topic. quote: I hope you aren't trying to dogfight fighters with your CC I may be a n00b, but I'm not that stupid.. [ 06-09-2003, 01:27 PM: Message edited by: InsurgentKiller ]
  8. Hello everyone. Another n00b reporting for duty. I've got a few questions about dogfighting that i wanted to ask the vets. I'm actually much more comfortable as a fighter pilot then I am as a commander, even though I like both careers. I tried the search on the forum and I haven't found anything relevant so I'm assuming this topic hasn't been covered yet. I just wanted tips on how to take out other fighters/shuttles. I can take out the bigger crusiers and carriers easily, but taking on other figthers is a pain since I have a very hard time trying to get a lead on them. I do as the manual says: cut the power on the guns so the firing rate increases, hit the match speed button, lock on with missiles, etc. Is it just a matter of patience, or is there any other tips and tricks to make taking them out easier?
