Just started playing the game and I noticed in Roam mode the planet earth looks like a blue granular ball. No Continents or clouds, oceans seen from space. The rest of the graphics are spectacular. My Specs: Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHZ 533FSB Asus P4T533-C Motherboard DirectX 9b Windows XP PRO with latest updates 512MB RAMBUS memory Asus FX 5900 Ultra 256 DDR RAM Nvidia 53.03 drivers I have everything on in config. all textures at 32. I broke down and bought the game after I heard all the good reviews. Last one on the shelf. Has to be a good sign. And Faithful that's not a bad thought. As I'm sure you've read in numerous threads those who support the game would be willing to contribute in any way that would be helpful to the developer. For now I intend to sit back and learn this thing good and take comfort in the fact that 3000AD will stand by it's software.

Sure did. But way back when the first BC3K was released. So I haven't had the honor of working with any of the later versions. UC looks very comprehensive.I wish you success with the roll out.

Can a capital ship bombard a planet in UC? I guess I'm asking can you target bases from space or do you have to get down there yourself and do it up close and personal.
