ok i got the right patch but when trying to install it it its says its caused an error in unkown

when it starts it says 1.01.01 rc7 and on the main menu it says 1.01.01 rc7 and i can do roam i can do anything campain instant action etc

well i tryed unistallingit then reinstalling then putting the patches on but it still didnt work

right when i go to programs dreamcatcher bcmg multiplayer then join server the starting picture wil come up like always then it will close and the game will not start any reasons why Edit by Pugwash: I've edited the system link in your profile so that it now works. what shortcut the one in the game files or the one in the start menu or some thing which sortcut i knew the other stuff just i dint know which short cut

YOU SAID Try this Uninstall the game and delete the install folder Re-install DirectX 9.0b and the latest drivers for your Shuttle system Run DXDIAG and run ALL the DirectX tests. Check if any of them fail at all Install the game from the CDROM. Do NOT apply ANY patches at this time. Edit the shortcut and add /n as a shortcut parameter. Run the game using the shortcut i dont get the part ofedit the shortcut and add /n as the shortcut perameters

well its not i dont get the part about shortcut perametres and stuff

imhaving the same problem but i cant understand what your talking about can you put it in terms that i can use like tell me step by step in simple terms if you can ill be greatful
