Ok, I've just noticed that when I target a craft and begin firing on it the armor levels do not drop at all until the ship is destroyed. The armor then drops to zero. Am I alone in this?

OK, I am getting a CTD during the the first mission of the campaign. I set the navitron toward LV103 and engage the auto pilot. I ready 5 marines for combat and sit back and watch the show. As I approach the hyperspace gate at Kruger in the Omega Centauri system the CTD happens. My current system: Alienware M51 P4 3 Ghz 1 Mb 3200 DDR RAM 60 Gb HD 7200 RPM ATI Radeon 9600 Pro Mobility Card Direct X 9.0B Windows XP. All updates. All sound and video drivers are up to date as well. It seems to be ok in ROAM mode which is what I have been playing all weekend. Is this a scripting error?

Derek, My copy arrived today and I have been playing it non-stop. Since BC3K I have been intrigued with this game concept. Now it is my opinion that you have captured the essence of the GAME. I know I am going against the grain here, but I think you should release it now. The VCF does not look that drastic, nor do I see any show stoppers. If the game is fun to play right now then get the XMAS business. Release a patch in four weeks to address the remaining items on the VCF. Everyone knows that you will fix any problems with the game and have a good reputation for support. However, you may get a lower rating in CGW if they have problems with the unresolved items...
