So we can blockade incoming ships now? If we send all of our ships to Jupiter and Pluto, we shouldn't have enemy ships appearing at Mars without them travelling past us?

Does the AI take the initiative? Does a Sygan's AI decide that it wants Pixan obliterated, and launch its assets with orders to destroy Pixan? Also, do the autogen ships actually launch from their bases and travel to their destinations, rather than simply appearing there as they did in BC3K? I know that this was done to save processing power in BC3K, and I'd like to know if this is still the case, since we've got more processing power now.

This plugin was released with the newest version of BCMStudio, correct? I never grabbed it, and it's no longer on the BCM download page. Could someone email it to me?

We're talking about import only, right? There isn't a way to export .3d files to 3DSMax, is there? If there is, I'd be greatful if someone could give instructions or point me at the right thread.

So, the real idea here is to prevent one fleet from getting so huge that it totally overpowers the others, right? Let's try this on for size: If the fleets are at more or less the same staffing level, all fleets are available to recruits. If one fleet is HUGE, then it stops taking recruits until the numbers even up. If one fleet is TINY, and at the risk of destruction, then all fleets except that one stop taking recruits until the numbers even up. If a member then wants to change fleets at a later date, then that is a matter between FCs. How's that grab you?

Well, here's my response. I will not be buying the game right away. Simply can't afford it along with a new vid-card. I hope to have the vid-card by Nov, and then it's Christmas, which means I'm broke. It'll be after Christmas most likely. I may decide to buy the game first, and the vid-card later, based on this decision, but who knows. At any rate, I agree with the SC, there is other way to keep outsiders out. I'm going to miss the posturing in the Fleet forums, but I'll be back, eventually.

Forget Almost. Last roster put Prime at 16 active commanders. Maybe I'm wrong, but Orion sounds bigger than that.

I wasn't selling Delta short. I've only got 2 including myself. I think we all do.
