  1. I'm available for a meeting online anytime... just let me know if you feel like chatting it's all good with me. I happen to approach these things more from the scientific than the spiritual. I have no Ouija board with me to communicate with the "spirits" or anything like that. I had crazy stuff happen to me when "something" was trying to communicate with me and I had not gone out of my way to commune with it. I was trying to sleep and somewhere between the realm of sleep and waking is where this "thing" kept me. My wife witnessed the whole thing and the dramatic temperature changes that occured in the room when I would wake... and then doze. I was awake, I could see what was going on ... but I could not get up. I'll elaborate if you care to hear about it. This weekend I am off to Cassadaga... I have to say this is a "spiritualist" community and I'm going there partly to see if these people are charlatan freaks but mostly to see if I can hook up with a group of North Florida paranormal researchers to see if they can point me in any directions. The hotel I'm staying at is supposedly haunted... might be CONVENIENT... *yawns*, we'll see. I have the High 8 charged, the cameras loaded with all kinds of film and the EMF detector ready for action *snickers*.
  2. This weekend I'm off on another ghost hunt... so I guess that lust for knowledge of the unknown is outweighing the costs. I approach these things with a hearty dose of skepticism and a pinch of philosophy. So far it has served me well. Hopefully my luck will hold out. I hope some time we'll be able to consult notes Scrivener. Peace Takvah

  5. I have all the facts at my fingertips. People like you just refuse to see the forest for the trees. If you want to debate me fact for fact BRING IT ON. As for you... you might also like to look into the use of the words "your" and "you're"... while figuring out whether superimposed or super-em-posed is correct. If you can't be bothered to learn the language how can I expect you to properly process the media and the spin where it concerns this President? My replies are outrageous? I don't believe you ran ANYTHING through a machine and if you did I'M BEGGING YOU, MAKE YOUR FINDINGS AVAILABLE TO THE WORLD. Start here... convert the evidence to an internet format AND SHOW US! I dare you. If you can't be bothered to prove this then I find your argument to be baseless and FALSE. Outrageous... yes I find the fact that a child is so blind that he had to come here and LIE rather than accept the facts... OUTRAGEOUS. You are saying that someone DOCTORED A TAPE and I am telling you HERE AND NOW, to back it up. We aren't going to just allow you to spew your fascist garbage without being called on it. Thanks [ 08-03-2004, 01:19 PM: Message edited by: Takvah ]
  6. Super.. whatchamacallit? Superimposed? Hmmm... English a second language for you Kalshion? And here you are calling other people idiots. You've used the equipment at school but didn't know the proper spelling for what it is you were doing? I don't know what you proved beyond the fact that you might be... a liar. I guess I'll forgive you, you're just a child really. Old enough to hold a gun just not quite sharp enough to care why. Given your defense of the indefensible it would be fitting that you be the first to be drafted in Bush's second term. If he should see a second term of office you might indeed find yourself in Syria or Iran. Wouldn't that be great for you? Anyway what we were talking about before the BS started flying was whether or not this administration has INTENTIONALLY made a connection between Saddam and 9/11. I offer the following article for your perusal. It is like my calling Kashion a liar... I didn't have to say it, although I did. I could have left it at, he couldn't spell what he supposedly experimented with but somehow he expects us to consider him learned on the topic. Bush says terrorist and then follows up with the words IRAQ and SADDAM and what is left is a DELIBERATE impression that Iraq was part of 9/11. You people can play dumb all you want but you KNOW, yet IGNORE, the fact that truth is often lost in PERCEPTION. So while you sit here drinking the Koolaid, I hope you don't expect the rest of us to buy the BS Bush has been selling. They made the connections between Saddam and Al-Qaeda... it was ONE ENEMY and you guys that say, "No." are just in denial. Sorry to be a "super imposition" *snickers* on your flawed arguments. 7. The game is great... it's a shooter but they added a few cool things like the PDAs and stuff like that which gives you a bit of a back story and some puzzle solving to do (which is find a PDA and go through emails etc to find codes for lockers etc). I have not gotten very far into the game but the atmosphere is second to none. You do jump when you play this game. There are cool features like metal grates that fall off the walls and the clatter makes you jump... and even body parts fall from ceilings etc now and then. I have the graphics settings set to high at a resolution of 1024x768. The bodies disappearing doesn't really bug me, I don't really notice the human bodies reacting this way too quickly but the monster bodies (the fireball throwing things) do just disintegrate... but its just their own fire power devouring them. I think the bodies stick around long enough and the human bodies only disintegrate in a hail of spinal columns etc when you shoot the crap out of them with the shotgun (haven't gotten to the powerful weapons yet). ANYWAY... the graphics are superb... the sounds are first rate... when the crap hits the fan and the marines etc are screaming bloody murder it is tough to remain focused. This is Dawn of the Dead on Mars and it is MEAN. Don't be a wussy, keep that brightness turned down and keep the fear level HIGH. So many corners, so many monsters... but zombie flesh eating humans is always a crowd pleaser. 9/10
  8. Yeah a lot of people are of this belief, that aliens and ghosts are demons. That's why I asked Scriv if he was of that school of thought. There is a whole subculture in the paranormal realm that devotes itself to making people aware that demons are playing them to diminish their faith. A strange topic for this forum no doubt but I was just curious ... I'm always interested to hear people's thoughts and about their experiences. Who knows what these supernatural occurences are... I guess that's what compels us to read stories and visit sights like Bartonmansion Peace
  9. Jaguar, your reality is skewed so far right that you must be doing a perpetual circle chasing your own derrier. You just become more and more shrill and I like it. Why? Well because I'm going to get my checks and balances back. That's what makes this country great, power is restrained... until now... and that has to change for the SECURITY and PROSPERITY of our nation... but even more imprtant than those things is INTEGRITY of the system. There is no integrity and there is nothing but hatred and loathing. This President has people going for the throat, he hasn't united us in his cause (one that anybody would support if it was done with integrity!). I can't even agree with this guy on how to protect us because his methods are so flawed and couched in favors to big business. Meanwhile the "supporters" of this guy are scarier than he is. Tick tock... tick tock... thank god we're waking up from this prozac, anti-depressant haze that our President has had us in for three years. If Mr. Bush is doing so well, I have to wonder why he is pill popping and so medicated as to be scaring his own staff. ROFLMAO... good lord... how could anybody want such a weak person running this country. YEAH I SAID PEOPLE THAT CAN'T COPE ARE WEAK... and GW obviously can't cope. Just ask him a question about Ken Lay ROFLMAO... he can't handle it!

  11. These terror warnings are sinister. They are as you stated, more of the fearmongering. A scared public is a plyable public. Leading up to the election you are going to see the rhetoric increase to a fever pitch. "URBAN AREAS TARGETED BY TERRORISTS DURING ELECTION" in other words, "Democrats stay home or you might die." When my party determined that being Republican was more important than being American they lost me. I don't think most Republicans are interested in a fair election, its win at any cost the end justifies the means... and that's damned dangerous.

  13. Look, if I was going to base the reality of me on what Jaguar thought, I would be a mealy looking little troll of a man... now wouldn't I? It's called projection, what they are is actually what you are... its pathetic actually. No, instead I'm a great looking giant of a man that also knows right from wrong. I suppose that the fact that I voted for Bush but now see that he is an abysmal failure makes me a "flip flopper" ROFLMAO. I have to say that I find it so very entertaining that these guys need to make me an enemy. I voted for Bush, he lied... he didn't finish off Osama... he didn't destroy our enemies... he hasn't exercised fiscal conservatism which poor bastards like myself have to engage in every day. Bush just needs to go. We need checks and balances back. If it makes me the anti-christ to not be in league with G.W. then pass me my horns because I'm sorry but G.W. is as Republican as Stalin was Democratic. I love these Republicans that say that McCain isn't Republican enough... meanwhile they are supporting a religious kook that is more fascist than freedom loving.

  15. Come on Scrivener... talk about a tease. What do you mean you haven't had small experiences and what do you mean aliens and ghosts are related? I believe in the paranormal but I do not go into anything without a frame of mind firmly based in reality. I know from personal experience that there is more to life around us than can be conveyed by the five senses. Let me know if you ever seriously consider starting a paranormal research group I would be interested in hearing what your plan is. Of course I'd also like to hear your thoughts on these "experiences" and the ghost/alien connection so that I can be certain you aren't a fruit loop LOL. Seriously, you're right there are a lot of BS artists and kooks involved in the paranormal and I choose not to actively seek them out. What I'm thinking from what you said is that you believe aliens and ghosts are just demons... are you one of "those" people? Takvah
  16. Hmmm then under that premise Steve, I suppose we also need to drag Rumsfeld and Cheney into court because those two showed Prince Bandar the Iraq war plan prior to battle. Correct me if I'm wrong Steve it has been a while and my tired eyes don't much care to search Woodward's book.. but wasn't that warplan makrked "Non-foreign" meaning that no foreigners were to review the war plan? I mean these weren't photocopies, he reviewed the war plan as I understood it... he being Bandar... he also being a Prince in a country that is full of TERRORIST SYMPATHIZERS and FUNDERS. Let's drag all of these traitor bastards into court if we're going to get one hell let's get em all! I am all for that. Peace

  18. Shhhh.... solid evidence is not required when you're trying to salvage a failed Presidency. Silly Rabbit... evidence is for... well, thinking people like you and I. *snickers* Others will be happy to find any grain of truth in the lies that they bought and paid for... and their kids paid for and.... well you get the picture. Peace

  20. Blah... blah... blah. I want checks and balances back... that's what American government is; you want something done but there is always some bastard in your way... so you negotiate. George Bush doesn't have to negotiate, he doesn't even have to consult and the free ride needs to end. Even with a stacked Congress, a Court and the office of President of the United States of America, this guy has done next to nothing... other than war and spend us into near ruin. I am a long time Republican and I always have known that as the shrill increases so does the power of the GOP's opponents. Luckily for the past two weeks or more Rush Limbaugh has been LIVID, using curse words on air (ass) and incrwasing the whine in his tenor. This can only bode well for me ... the guy that wants his checks and balances back. The guy that wants gridlock that sparks debate before half cocked response. As the power slowly ebbs from the hands of the my party I expect that the wardrums will sound and the half hearted attacks will become an overture of personal assaults on Kerry. Let's take for instance the "flip-flop", the biggest one being that Kerry supported the $87 billion war budget and then voted against it. Well does anybody bother to address the fact that Biden and Kerry added an amendment to the first bill that said that there could be no corporate profiteering from the $87 billion in the first version of the bill that he agreed to? Does anyone bother to mention that the second bill, the one Kerry said no to, removed the language regarding corporate profiteering from the legislation? No. So I do love when the critical complaints of Kerry's Convention speech are relegated to, "he spoke too fast", it just seems like desperate people are grasping at straws. Goodbye George... we hardly knew ya... and for that you have to go. Fraud, liar, corporate shill... you're all of these things... but REPUBLICAN... HELL NO. McCain/Giuliani in 2008! yEAH BABY... now those are Republicans! I can hardly wait! Later

  22. Steve I'm sorry but you're going to have to eat your hat on this Berger thing. It was reported in the Wall Street Journal today (sorry I can't get the link without an online subscription) but on page 6 of the paper today (think it was page 6) they reported that NOTHING was missing. Further they said that Berger was reviewing photo copies of the documents. Seems that the guy was totally thrown under a bus and was made to look the fool prior to the Democratic Convention. I think that if this story pans out and Berger is vindicated that heads should roll and I am no fan of the Clinton Administration but this is dirty pool if it comes to be known that "nothing was missing", (that's a quote from the article). Maybe the people that gave Bush his Intel on Iraq were handling this "investigation" into Berger. It's an embarassment to every American if this is just politics and it surrounds the 9/11 Commission. When I can access the article I will gladly post it here... but it was in todays WSJ. Takvah
