R. T. Maxwell
I just got a 3Dfx card for my computer, and decided to try out BC3K with it. I'd already used it in software mode, but I was kind of itching for 3D graphics. Well, this is what I have: Pentium 166 (yes, please kill me) 32MB SDRAM S3 ViRGE PCI video card (4 MB) Diamond Voodoo Monster 4MB PCI 3Dfx cardI changed the memory settings to eliminate the "out of environment space" error as per the FAQ. My drivers are current, though I did give the ones on your site a try... they didn't work either. What happens is this: when I run it, the intro and all play just fine. Then the 3Dfx logo spins on the screen (much faster than it's supposed to, I might add), then it fades and I get dumped to the desktop with a GPF. I'm wondering if I just have an unsupported card (gee I hope not) or I'm just screwing something up. If any more info is needed, please let me know! Thanks!------------------
Supreme Cmdr
Reinstall the game. Use the proper Voodoo drivers on our site.
