Since MP isn't out, and hasn't been, it's been our practice to go by those 2 norms.After a while, if you seem to be learning the ropes pretty well, you get along with the rest of the gang, and so forth, one of your superiors (usually Commandant Badger, but sometimes someone like me, $ilk, or someone else) will put in a good word for you and contact the Fleet Commander for immediate graduation procedures. From there, it's the FC's choice. (This "good word" thing usually happens somewhere between 5-10 months after enlistment, depending on behavior. Some exceptions are ones like Epsilon 5 or the late Hamblin, who may or may not get in sooner or completely later than others; but time will tell..... )This is how we run ship.
