In the new version, I couldn't see any way of telling my shuttlecraft to stop towing my CC.

In BC3K, it was possible to simply switch to the towing SC and then drop the tractor manually, but in BCM this isn't possible...

...So am I blind or something? I couldn't see anything about giving an order to drop a tractor beam in the old docs.

(I've also tried ordering the shuttle to deliver me to itself, but that didn't work, and neither did an order to deliver myself to me. The only thing I could do was tell it to take me to Alderon and then I left immediately thereafter (what a waste of docking clearance! ).)

You can order the shuttle to go tow something else, then it will disengage and start flying towards that object you can then tell it whatever you want it to do next.

Hmm... but that's a little hacky, isn't it?

Hey Spuzzum,
Once your CC is being towed you can go back to the tow command and order your shuttle to tow "nothing" this will disengage the tractor beam.
