(and the other castes I can't come up with that easily) As the rules go, fleets for castes like these are a no go. As Raiders and Mercenaries don't really work in fleet structures. It's not in their nature. But you could form groups. But they are called squadrons here. And they won't be made official. A small group (hand full, I'd say) is as big as you're going to get.BTW, you might want to dig up some threads about the forming of fleet and squadrons, or the discussion about the way MP in BCM/BCOnline had to be.
