Systems tend to need just parts. Droids are in there somewhere. A LONG, LONG, time ago Derek even suggested that a system wasn't worth repairing if it was at 99%. Maybe I would repair something if it was at 93%. I would definitely repair it if it had dipped down into the yellow range.
