FLY135
I've noticed that when firing my gun at the lead angle indicator the tracers seem to disappear directly into a straight path towards the indicator. Or more accurately straight out of the reticle. May of the combat episodes involve banking dogfights and the indicator is frequently displaced away from the target as you would expect. However this leads to visual feedback that is confusing. You would normally expect that the tracer (or whatever the visual represents) would curve toward the target. And a properly placed shot would eventually end up with the tracer impacting the target. So I guess the question is.. does the tracer actually visually curve toward the target in a banking dogfight? Or does it visually continue along the line of sight. BTW, I'm playing UC on an HDTV at 720x540 resolution so it is possible that it is just visually disappearing on my display because of the lower resolution. Any comments on this are appreciated. FLY135
I played a different IA mission with the Warmonger and the tracers were much more visible. I could see that they do visually curve when firing in a bank. Also I noticed that your gun convergence automatically adapts to target range. Nice.
