A good way to get Exp. Point fast is to take you CC to an enemy planet base or insurgent bases if you go to earth. Destroy each base as your PTA system shoots all fighters that oppose you, down. then it can be hard to exit a planet with a CC, just put it on Auto Pilot and tell it to fly to a priority target in space( select priority target before entering the plant.)

Why would exiting a planet be hard? just fly to the altitude where the "O" next to your altitude starts blinking, (you are at egress altitude then), simply press Shift+9 and say "Y" to exit the planet.

Yeah true. But I just like adding a Starstation to my Priority List and out my CC on AutoPilot and tell it to fly to the station and I'm out of the planet.
