Scrivener Report post Posted December 10, 2006 This is definately unlike anything you've ever seen. It's not perfect, and it's certainly nowhere near as violent as the critics are making it out to be (I was actually a little dissapointed) - about the same as Braveheart, actually (if not slightly less violent). This story follows Jaguars Paw, who is captured with his village when a Mayan slaver captures them for sacrifice and sale. From there, you'll have to see it yourself. It's a great looking movie that reminded me a lot of a Discovery Channel documentary. Brilliant, moving, and undeniably original. It's ever more impressive when you realize that none of the people in this film have ever acted a day in their lives. 9/10 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
