LostInSpace
From techlive.com (techTv) DirecTV has sued more than 15,000 people for allegedly purchasing "smart card" technology used to steal its TV signal. DirecTV insists it's only going after people who buy from pirate websites, but the cards have many legitimate uses, and people who bought the technology may not even know it can be used to grab a TV signal. Charles Lindsey
No other takers? Mine was an admittedly sarcastic and simplistic response. http://www.directvdefense.org/index.shtml An interesting site. I'm assuming you'd need some sort of dish to intercept the signal whether it be an old dish that's been unsubscribed or a full sized dish? If so I"m out. I don't even have cable.
