LostInSpace Posted December 1, 2004 Report Share Posted December 1, 2004 Zdnet: The vulnerability is in Windows Internet Name Service, or WINS, a network infrastructure component of server products such as Windows NT 4.0 Server, Windows 2000 Server and Windows Server 2003, Microsoft said Tuesday. Freyar Posted December 1, 2004 Report Share Posted December 1, 2004 I really really don't think that most Microsoft apps are secure in the first place. Of course though, It's just because other OS don't have to worry about a constant attack. Still, I hold my judgement of "The more I can replace Microsoft products with open source, the better."
