EDIT: Oh yeah, now I remember why I stopped using IE. They can't frigging get anything right. Try opening a local (on your HDD) html file and it won't open in a tab. No, that would be too easy. Instead, IE7 opens a whole new Window (if its the default browser; otherwise it loads it in the default browser).
