Can the released tools be used to modify some of the flight dynamics?

Like, max speed of craft, accel rate, A/B accel rate and weapon damage/weapon loaded (i'd love to be able to have an IOD that shoots a constant beam like the PTA! ), etc?

It'd be awesome if a newtonian flight model could be done... granted, i heard the AI would have to be retrained, but if there was any way to have that flight model be avaliable only for the player characters... oh joy.
