The Demo training mission(s)

So I've got the basics of the training down - The idea is to read the manual, but how the heck do you follow the instructions? What I mean is - There are a lot of things in bold in the CTRL-H manual, do I just do them one by one untill I've completed all the pages?

Please don't post non-tech issues in the tech support forum.
The tutorial was scripted so that you follow it according to what is written/spoken. Thats why there is a standard and narrated version. Pick one.

How do I access the narrated? I'm only presented with the Demo / Sneak preview or whatever, and I'm in the standard one. By the way, I'm talking about the Demo

The demo obviously does not contain the narrated tutorial.
