Well, the thing is, artifact spawn is random, and your lucky if you ever do find artifacts to buy. It takes time for those artifacts to get to stations by transports. If your even more lucky, you could find one in the cargo pod of a destroyed trade ship. Artifacts are mainly found in starstations, so i suggest you look in ALL of the starstations.

If you want to edit the game, your going to have to active the cheat mode.

But BEWARE!

Cheat mode is for weenies!

"There is a great secret that beings throughout time have announced, the secret of an extraordinary treasure, the treasure of the nectar of eternal life. It is the nectar of pure beingness, recognizing itself as consciousness and overflowing in the love of that recognition.
If you imagine yourself to be located in a body, then you will move that body from place to place, searching for this treasure of nectar. But, if you will stop all searching right now and tell the truth to yourself, you will know what is known in the core of your bones. You will know what these great beings knew and attempted to describe. You will know it with no image of it, no concept of it, no thought of it. You will know it as that which has eternally been here. And you will know it as yourself."

Heh, i wouldn't say that teknocack. I still make small mistakes in almost half my posts and sound like a noob sometimes when SC is involved. But yes, game knowledge is pretty much sound, except in 2.0, which feels uncompleted to me.

Anyways, hope my post helped you Dazo

Yes, but it is still has issues which need to be fixed, imo. Like the ODS not-firing issue, scroll menu lag and misplacement, and like where hyperspace graphics are messed up sometimes.

I always found the artifacts started spawning after 3-4 game days. Never in the same place. Good luck if you're an indie and the artifact you want is on an enemy starstation.

Then you'll need to capture the station without a cloak.

If you don't have a cloak, it will be nearly impossible to capture the station. Best you can do is offer the station some targets to shoot at while you enter range and get inside the stations blind zones.
