RT
Great stuff Derek! I had been having problems running UCCE (and Echo Squad) since gamefly took over D2D and their DRM seems to have borked it up, but the steam version of UC works flawlessly! RT
Yup, I'm probably getting ES on Steam later this month, I never finished the campaign and I'm the completionist type. Hopefully it can help me forget I spent 50€ on Elite Dangerous .

Commander Damon
This is the only game i have ever seen that allows you to command a starship. Not just fly a starship, and shoot its guns. but Command a Vessel, it's Crew and its assets. Giving you full command of every aspect of your vessel, from the vessels logistics and power use (Can't just have your shields running all the time.. its costing you resources!) To How many tanks should I send down to the surface where I lost a mining drone.. And should I go down too to better coordinate my teams? Your crew learns to work together, they get stronger, and they must eat.. sleep. rest. Keep them Alive! Send Probes ahead, Launch escort missions. Away Missions, Mine, Trade, attack space stations, raid cargo vessels, operate tanks, fighters, naval vessels, jetpacks, the choice is yours. Or send the Evacuation codes and Scuttle her.. You are in charge, and your life (and your crew's) is in your hands. I Love it, If you ever wanted to sit in the captains chair on the bridge of a starship, This is the game. A Great Game! only limited by your imagination. Going to put in my Review now... I'm ashamed to see so little replies here... whats going on.. This is the direction I want to see games go. complexity, ambition, imagination... and yet i see only 10 replies to this amazing release. Where is everyone!? Why Consoles!?... Why!? Kids today don't remember the older PC games.. and the gameplay value that is possible.. EB Games PC section carries the starcraft battlechest, and a few hit console games.. nothing really new made for PC.. There is no advertisement unless you know what you are looking for, and you must be looking online. Reminds me of Forced Alliance : The Glarious Mandate.. old Classic, Buggy, and a great game. Yet No1 knows of it. It is too old now but this game Allows me to fly another carrier like the Lafayette, decided the escort missions of my onboard fighters, and command my vessel as a commander would. Thank you for the release Derek!
