And it's for what?

{RP}

Is it trying to convince the general population that what the UFN and Galcom is doing for them is for the best? They know better. Most of them. They want to know better. They need and want to know better and to beleive it in their hearts. We provide that and we are correct.

I'm sorry but the UFN is on it's last leg.

It's Galcom duty to unmask any activity that your precious "Insurgency" that only wants to benefit their own and end the peacefull intentions of Galcom and UFN to bring peace to the Galaxy.

It's natural that you feel afraid of something new and bold like universal peace, that way you would end your ways to finance your, so called "Insurgent" FACTION, by selling secrets and weaponds to perpectuate this Conflict. It is you "Insurgent" that are guiltty of the Unstability of the Universe.

I beg of you end the injustice, and the tirany of your faction, you can't turn the people against us for they know what you are, and you are afraid that they would find out more.

I admit that the UFN is not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction.

Die as you came to this world in peace, and try to bring peace, for it is the only thing that brings us together.

Join us in that QUEST, peace for all.

I can see that Galcom has continued to brainwash it's new recruits on their first day at the academy. Doesn't anyone read history any more? What? You ate those books instead of reading them? Didn't you listen to that well endowed teacher, or were you too busy trying to discover your puberty to pay attention to the brain that she had to offer? smile.gif

You were that little red headed kid in the back of the class that always got picked on, wasnt you Rattler?

Explains why you harbour such hostility towards respected authority figures. Doesnt justify or excuse the murder of innocents at your turncoat Commanders hands though, does it?

Like my colegue suggest, Galcom isnt perfect, but it's a damn sight better than the the sort of social unrest that the benevloent Insurgency is causing/will continue to cause should the movement ever gain any real momentum and validity.

No, you are nothing more than terroists, burning the flag of united peoples who have come together for mutualy benefit and protection, dedicated to global, and more recently, Galactic peace and prosperity.

A zealot I call you, nothing more. Like most zealots, eventually you will sucumbe to your own petty differences, and crumble in on yourself.

The tide of defections is starting to turn .... in our favor.

Heh, I've already told you that should one of the Insurgents want to come back into the Galcom Fold, he's more than welcomed to leave! Defection from the Insurgency is not an issue. Had not the SC issued a moritorium on defections, I'd already have more high ranking Galcommies in the Insurgency than Galcom does! That tell you anything? Keep dreaming Galcommie! Like I said, if I have an Insurgent that wants to defect, have him tell me personally and I'll escort him to your doorstep. If I, and I will find out, find out about a spy in my midst, I'll summarily execute him publicily. "Nuff Said!"

There everyone, come and see what the "Insurgent" really is, murderes. Savage murderes.

Galcom, doesn't execute anyone that wants to leave our ranks, everybody is free to leave, as he or her wishes.

And you also talked about eating the books, no we eat the contens of the book, we learn everything that GALCOM stands for, we know the rotens, and the goods. We find where the bad is inside of Galcom, and we try to change it, insteed of EXECUTING everything.

Face it you exposed your organization, for what it really represents, a group of HIRED KILLERS, for the highest bitter.

Antis Planetary Orbit

The flotsam and debris of battle spread across the system on a never ending journey through the cosmos. The old man on the bridge of a blackened and battered Galactan class MkII Battlecruiser surveyed the system via his TacOps display. Empty and lifeless hunks of various warshiplasses of various races were scattered across the Antis system. Testament to the savagery of the battle that had taken place within this system just a short while ago.

The old Corsair noted that not a single hulk of wreckage bore the distant signature of the force known to inhabit the Antis system. Not a single trace or particle within the flotsam could be traced to the Spectre that Gallion knew dwelled within the confines there-in. This is the third time that Gallion had ventured within these confines seeking those that dwelled within.

The first time was an act of desperation with an offer made by the Man behind the Mirrored Glasses ÔÇô it had almost cost him his life.

The second time was also an act of desperation on his part and those Galcom forces with him ÔÇô it had cost him somebody close to his heart and part of his sanity too.

The third time was the charm, or so thought the man pacing the bridge of the last Corsair Wing Battlecruiser. A mysterious message had been received on the Graf SpeeÔÇÖs communications system that originated somewhere within the confines of space known as the Antis system. The message was addressed to him and highly encrypted using the latest Galcom code protocols. The last item was more than enough to spark GallionÔÇÖs interest but the first item was what really shanghai'ed both his curiosity and ire. The contents of the message were exact and explicit, opening old wounds that had been healed decades ago, or so Gallion thought.

Details and events contained within the message were accurate, at least the majority of the message, to the memories reopened. The day of terror and horror, so long ago in Old New Orleans, replayed within the thoughts of Gallion. The carnage; the bloodshed; the screaming; all came back as he remembered a time in his youth. The message told the truth of that day but not as how Gallion remembered it. The message provided evidence that implicated other agencies and organizations that were responsible for the deaths that day of the peaceful gathering of friends and families. Evidence that was contrary to what he had been taught and told since that fateful day.

Those in power write history as they see it whether through victory in battle or the politburo. History recorded that the Insurgency was responsible for the massacre in New Orleans that day. Politburo dogma reinforced this throughout GallionÔÇÖs youth through the indoctrination program known as education. The evidence contained with the message, stored on the PDA Gallion clutched in his hand, exonerated the InsurgencyÔÇÖs role completely. There would be hell to pay if Gallion could verify the evidence. Which was the reason for his third visit to Antis and the Spectre within.

Spectre Starstation

Commander Antilles eyed the tacops readout zoomed in on the battered hulk registering as the Graf Spee that had entered the Spectre security zone several hours previously. If it had been left up to him, the ship would have been intercepted long before it penetrated this far into the Insurgent stronghold, but as it was now he had orders to leave it alone. Of course that didn't mean he couldn't be cautious. even now there were several cruisers ready for launch should the need arise, not to mention the taskforce patroling the entry points to the system could be recalled.

Records search for the GCV- Graff Spee completed, two results verified. The computer's soft voice interrupted his reverie.

"Display the results in chronilogical order and display on my personal terminal." Antilles ordered the computer.

After a brief pause the two results appeared, The Graff Spee it seemed had come in search of Spectre twice before. That made him feel somewhat better. Even so, just the mysterious appearance of the battered battle cruiser was reason enough to be cautious.

She looks at the others. "But they've got a sense of humor none of you could match, and they're kinda cute!" Smiles in the direction of the Insurgents giving them a deliberate wink and flashing a smile in Rattler's direction. "How bad can they possibly be?!"

She sits back and puts her hands behind her head. "Honestly? Hugo, Insurgents exist everywhere in secret. NONE are simply ALLOWED by GALCOM to set up camp. We infiltrate and spread truth. We don't live at the permission of ANY UFN puppet.

Hugo, better men have tried to play your game. I suggest YOU return to the history and do some reading. That is, providing GALCOM still requires its new commanders be able to read!

Just in case you think that I don't know what I'm talking about, I've provided below a quote from YOUR history books. It seems that UFN censors missed a few points...

quote:

BC3K manual p.20

In an effort to save face, the UFN officially declared the Insurgents an outlaw

organization in 2965 . All the organizationÔÇÖs assets were seized and most members put in confinement at EARTHCOM prison facilities on Earth, Mars, and special colonies on the Moon.

The next time you wish to quote history or current policy, I suggest you have a diplomat on hand to provide more convincing lies.

Cmdr. Minako, it's refreshing to see that GALCOM isn't just picking people at random off the street to command Battle Cruisers. Your thoughtful insight shows that there is still hope for Earth. It's unfortunate, however, to see a misguided loyalty towards Blades' heavy handed, knuckle dragging, might makes right, band of lackluster wannabe warriors.

When you tire of the simplistic "throw more BC's at them" approach, i'd be honored to provide you with the true history of the UFN and accept you into our efforts.

Sadly, killing is as much a part of the Insurgent lifestyle as freedom. But our methods are not self-imposed. They are brought on by being banished and outlawed from our homes. Brought on by the division of our families, simply because we want a better, freer Earth, as it was intended to be.

Diplomacy has only managed to get so far, as can be demonstrated by the UFN's deaf ear toward us. If anything threatens the powers-that-be, they simply lock them up, throw away the key, and eventually, forget to feed them.

I direct your attention to page 19:

quote:

Several skirmishes erupted between Earthcom and the Insurgents which resulted in loss of life. There were rumors of brutality, manipulation, kidnapping, and blackmail by Earthcom operatives on Earth and on the evolving Martian and Lunar colonies. The official statement by the government was that the Insurgents were a ruthless group who had no real purpose other than to bring down the UFN for political gain. Nevertheless, support for the Insurgents grew.

Brutality...blackmail...kidnapping...the Insurgency is none of these and is suspected of none, even by your history! The UFN cares not for it's people but rather it's institution. By forcing it's military to take action against humankind, this institution recognizes us as a threat; a threat to their power. You don't see the Gams killing each other, do you?

The UFN wants to promote power and control for Earth. The Insurgents want quality of life and a beautiful Earth for all of our children to enjoy. The UFN would rather build weapons of killing and destruction. The Insurgents want to rebuild a decaying Earth, while the UFN is more concerned with the destruction of any threat to it's power.

Think about it.

Whoa guys.

Be careful with this "treaty" thing.

You are writing something into the BC3K universe that was not there to begin with and as such you could (nope, it will not be allowed) radically change the BC3K universe.

This will not happen. No one will change/add/modify the BC3K universe without Derek's express permission. That fact has been explained explicitly many times.

Continue the banter without mention of unauthorized treaties please.

Ok then, i wish i didn't have to do this, but you leave me no choice then:

In an effort to save face, the UFN officially declared the Insurgents an outlaw

organization in 2965 . All the organizationÔÇÖs assets were seized and most members put in confinement at EARTHCOM prison facilities on Earth, Mars, and special colonies on the Moon.

Not one of the most proud moments in history i agree:

quote:

I admit that the UFN is not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction.

but, we do noy go around killing everybody like the INSURGENT,

quote:

Like I said, if I have an Insurgent that wants to defect, have him tell me personally and I'll escort him to your doorstep ... I'll summarily execute him publicily. "Nuff Said!"

At least we GAVE YOU colonies, not execute him, but lets go on then:

quote:

killing is as much a part of the Insurgent lifestyle

see what i mean by that!

And you want a better Earth right:

quote:

Akuma, from where do you conclude that they wish peaceful coexistance with us and we with them?

What i conclude is that the Insurgent does not have a unified vision of things to come, you need leadership, and to be a leader you have to be Sharp, Inteligent, Resorcefull, Adaptive, with a High Moral Grounds, and you need to chose between two evils, not make the most popular choise, like the INSURGENT, war.

And people like that know what you do, and do not wish to follow you, for that would be against everything they fought for: to better the UFN and it's rottens.

Do not teese me again. For death is bitter indead.
