A good way to earn a lot of cash is to send your minening drones to the surface. Launch one interceptor and lower your sheilds. Switch to the interceptor and fire your lasers twice at hte rear of the BC. Re-dock the interceptor and go the nearest starstation for repairs. When you launch again your drones are full. Buddy, just remember to capitalize the "S" in "Starbase" and in "Stationed" ,remove the "LV-104" and leave a space between "Corsair" and "Wing" and you will be all set . Hey, when ever playing, don't press shift+e, because if you do, it will shut down your reactor. To restart, press shift+r. Also use that time to dock at the station and make any repairs that you need, and to give your crew a little R&R.
