F104 Posted February 9, 2000 Report Posted February 9, 2000 Hi...Finally i received the right CD-ROM v2.08 from BMT Micro, but the game crashes after the message "System file load ok" (or something like this). After fading to black my pc crashes and i have to restart it. This happens with both normal and 3dfx version. I tried all the configuration described in the FAQ about memory settings and config.sys but it doesn't work. This is my pc: Pentium 266-MMX, 64 Mb, S3 Trio64V+, SB16, Voodoo, Win95.HELP!! Please!
F104 Posted February 9, 2000 Author Report Posted February 9, 2000 Sorry, i forgot to say i couldn't free enough DOS memory... i reached 565 Kb free and i know BC wants 575 Kb, but i don't know how to gain more free memory... i changed config.sys like the FAQ says but this is the max.What do i have to do?

Supreme Cmdr Posted February 9, 2000 Report Posted February 9, 2000 doesn't sound like a memory problem. Sounds like a video problem. Check the FAQ. When in doubt, re-install.
