and i am not silly enough to own a credit card to purchase a copy on the net(if it available?)some where in australia can i purchase a copy as i have not been able to find it anywhere?

Well here in Adelaide I know of at least on place where I can purchase the v2.08 release.

But I guess this wouldn't be much help to you unless you lived in Adelaide...
