Guest John Black Posted November 12, 2000 Report Posted November 12, 2000 I am hunting for the Reingaurd but every time I try to go to a location other than a few select places I get kicked off or if I try to confront an enimey I get kicked off. Syarting to get frustrating.

In The past when the game would kick me off it was usually meant I was going up against a foe or foes I alone could not have a chance against at least that is what I thought. It gets real frustrating when you are trying to follow the skimpy orders given to begin with then all of a sudden your kicked out and have to go al the way through the work again to try a different approach to reach the desired out come.

To give you an example, I am hunting the Rheingaurd right, The Supreme Commander says my escort in this mission is located at Xylan, and the last known where about of the lost ship is in the Cannis system. So I go there to begin my search. But the lost ships SOS satilight is in Actis V. We go from Luv 125 toward Cannis we get to Pluto going to jump to Jupiter, next thing I am looking at is my desk top. Or a ship catches me before I can jump starts pecking away and almost brings down my shields so I give the order to destroy it we go to engage I am looking at the desk top again. When I went to take the Sygan Station on by myself back to the desktop. That's what I mean by kicking me off. The game just quits.
Eclipse Posted November 13, 2000 Report Posted November 13, 2000 The game crashes then. before you start the game next time, open the shortcut you use and remove the check mark in "Close on exit" then start the game. the next time you get booted to the desktop, the dos box should still be up and there should be a bunch of stuff in there, copy that and paste it here.
