I have them all off duty and even had my ship repaired a couple times to waste time making repairs but the ff stays the same at 100%. I have looked in the docs and haven't seen anything yet about diseases and the sort. So I sent the whole crew to the medibay to be treated or vaccinated. But is says that the medical officer is unavailable even though he is there. Has anyone else had any similar problems?

Something I noticed, was that people were not making it back to their quarters...Have to be in your quarters or medibay to recover FF. Check your perscan. If you have this problem, I don't know what to tell you, cause I reloaded.
