Guest jhnphm Posted August 31, 2001 Report Posted August 31, 2001 Do I have to use the Orion Fleet forum at the Orion Fleet site to stay in the fleet, or can I use the one here. My computer seems to be having problems logging in, since I purged my hard drive of various fonts and .5 gigs of downloaded files, including a shared file from uninstalling. But that's irrelevant. Also, that fleet forum seems a little stagnant compared to this one.By the way, I'm waiting for Badger to email me. It's been a week and a half.

Theres more activity on there in any given day than any other fleets internal forums combined. And yes, you have to participate on BOTH forums to be considered as active IF you are a newbie. Once you've graduated, you need not participate HERE on a regular basis, but you are still required to remain in contact on the OWS forum.Care to explain the trouble you are having on the OWS forum? We'll help sort it for ya.
Epsilon 5 Posted September 1, 2001 Report Posted September 1, 2001 Most of the talking we do for fleet ops are on the Orion station comm. forum... if you stay here only you'll miss about EVERYTHING that happens.Having problem going on the website? sure, sometimes it's slow.... sometimes it displays errors... in the last case hit reload one or two times and it should solve the problem 80% of the time... Sorry Blades can't solve that problem definitely.

Guest $iLk Posted September 2, 2001 Report Posted September 2, 2001 It happens, sometimes the site won't pull up, and sometime is "very" slow. Just refresh about 3 times and if that doesn't work then come back in 30 minutes.
