Guest Grayfox Posted October 25, 2002 Report Posted October 25, 2002 im gonna post this on our board over on the orion forum, but i figured id post here as well. anyone been watching the news about that hostage situation in Moscow??? anyone talk to alex in the past few days?he lives in moscow you know. they say theres a few hundred hostages, and that the chechnyan rebels rigged the whole building with explosives. i tried emailing him. i wish i had my rig so i could hop on icq and see if hes at work tonight. lets all just hope hes ok and was lucky enough to not get caught as a hostage.
Epsilon 5 Posted October 25, 2002 Report Posted October 25, 2002 Hmm I haven't thought about that one ...
Guest Grayfox Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 well, the standoff is over... russian special ops stormed the theater and killed the chechn's hold ing the hostages. they freed 700+ hostages, but the sad part is 90 hostages were killed in the process... i havent heard from alex in awhile, im starting to get a bit worried... lets all hope hes ok
Epsilon 5 Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 90? no, 130 hostages we're killed by the gas russian spec ops used.
Guest $iLk Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 alex doesn't post too much, I know he was offline for awhile not too long ago. He mostly posts over at Station Communications.
Hugo Pinheiro Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 let me know anything if you got any news from him. I used to chat whit him. Let it be all alright
Guest Grayfox Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 i read about the hostages a few days ago... todays paper gave the updated numbers and that the gas caused them to vomit while unconcious thus drowning themselves... pissy way to go
Guest Grayfox Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 ok alex is alright. i talked to him on ICQ a few minutes ago.
Aleksey Kichigin Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 I want to sorry for my silence, friends. But I was out of net a couple of weeks. Grey I want to say you "SPASIBO" ("thank you" by russian) for your care friend! Me and my family is Ok, we wasn't be there and we living at the other side of Moscow. But anyway - all whats happend - is terrible... more then 100 peoples was killed by terorists. All that bullshit in press about "To many people dies from using special gas by spec ops team" - fully lie! That was a simple "sleep-gas" which have no harm effect. All this lie - only "press work for sensation" - nothing more...
Guest Grayfox Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 we are glad to have you back alex!

I changed it.
