Reassignment

Hi Friends,

Just a note to let you know that I'm resigning my position as Vice Fleet Leader of ISS. Marc Wubbema will be ably filling in, and has had the acting job for some time now.

My next assignment is a semi-autonomous position whose exact nature I'm not free to divulge to anyone outside of top ISS leadership. However, GALCOM's enemies will undoubtedly begin to find it harder to sleep at night.
