Any Insurgent who has not reported in by the end of the month will be transferred to the AWOL list. If the AWOL Insurgent hasn't reported in by the end of October's Rollcall, they will be purged from the Fleet Database. To Report In, just go to the Fleet Database, go to your personal profile and click on the "has not checked in" item on the Roll Call line. -Sho
