Windows version patch

I tried to play this new windows patch, and the game start ok, but a few minutes later it takes me back to my desktop. It is a shame because with this patch my game runs faster and smoother, like it should. can anyone help me out to fix this problem. Thank you.

He's talking about the patch that makes BC3K a windows-based game.

This patch is unsupported.
