What am I missing

Ok I know this might need to be out in tios and tricks, but since I am a new Cmd. I thought I would place it here.

I have come to the rescue at Pixan, I think thats the name of the place. I have gotten so good at taking the station it has be come routine. but we still can't seem to rescue DR. Rolyn. What am I missing. I hate getting the -5000EXP and the 5 violations. I must be missing a clue but for the life of me I can't figure out where or what.

does the station launch a shuttle? I'm assuming you capped it already.

Here's your clue for the day:

When playing ACM missions, always determine exactly what your objectives are. In the case of the rescue mission (TOD 2 M 3), you have to ask "Is escorting Stryker, really a mission objective?"
