Do the Vehicles/ Space Craft have hit zones ??

This was (correct me if im wrong) a wishlist item , maybe it will be released later in a patch for bcm , but i guess it will most sure in GCO

You're talking about the CTAS, or Component target aquisition system, which permit you to target specific systems as you asked. It's a post-gold-mp-patch-addon type item

But, even in bc3k you shoot or get shot at specific areas and you have specific systems damaged (rams other vessels and you might loose you IOD cannon )
