Guest Melanie650 Posted November 25, 2001 Report Posted November 25, 2001 I have a fighter thats down to 4% power and it's back on my CC. However the flight engineers won't ready it. I ordered them to prepare the FC1 but they're just standing there and the fighter number won't turn yellow, it stays at red. Any advice?
CommanderJohnson Posted November 25, 2001 Report Posted November 25, 2001 Make sure chargers are on, the CC isn't damaged in the fighter bay/chargers, and the FC isnt horrible damaged either. Never had that problem, but that's what i'm guessing.

Soback Posted November 25, 2001 Report Posted November 25, 2001 Set 2 flight engineers to ready it and forget about it for 20 minutes (+/-5) and see if that helps. I had my flight engineers drinking beer and talking on the job a couple of times so you gotta give them some slack. What can you do, can't shoot them cause you need them, but they sure are lazy.

Doesn't even give a expected time when it's gonna be ready. And when i look at the FC everything looks like it's fine. Except for it's charge being only 4%

Guest Melanie650 Posted November 25, 2001 Report Posted November 25, 2001 Thats just it. I already assigned em to ready the FC1 but they're not doing it. It's staying Red. This seems to happen all the time when the charge of the FC is really really low.
Soback Posted November 25, 2001 Report Posted November 25, 2001 No not the FC icon # color. The shipts status. YOUR CC. The huge ship that you fly around in. Is it's status red? Go into LOGISICS and look in the bottom right corner, it will say if it's either red, yellow or green status. If it's in green then don't worry about anything, assign your 2 of your flight engineers to ready the FC and leave it alone for 30 minutes, don't bother them, nothing. If it's yellow, do the same thing, but also repair your CC, the big ship. If it's red, then repair your CC untill the status changes to either yellow or green before assigning flight engineers to ready FC.
