JAY Posted December 5, 2001 Report Posted December 5, 2001 Just wondering that when I was in the X-Tension forums in the far far distant past there were always certain Web Sites from fans of the game I could go to for reference in anything from tips, tactics and general A-to-Z for a newbie or hard core gamer to refer to.Our honoured SC seems to strain and get grey very fast when confronted with questions of a newbie nature, and alls fair to us newbies trying to find a reference to our problem in a Manual/FAQ/VCF can prove taxing if not frustrating. Sometimes it’s like finding a needle in a haystack.So any one out there who knows about Mining/Probes/Marine Despatch techniques etc etc., why not make a web site covering this so a simple "Say check out *** Web site out" could then be said rather than the cold reply of "Read the Manual" or "Read the VCF" etc etc....SC will remain Sane, and space will be a happier place for one and all, god bless you...File Closed............

The idea to put some hints about Mining/Probes/Marine Despatch techniques is very good. Ok, it may be early days so lets give it time.... Still, saying that I am sure allot of you hard core Commanders out there already have a mind full of info... to share amongst us Ensigns.

Most of us are still "learning" BC:M with all its new nifty stuff... and we getting lotsa practice at powerstarting, with starting a new game each patch and all *grin*
