Is there a page somewhere showcasing the various ship designs in the BC/UC series? That would really be a cool thing to see.

Can't you find those in the game's appendix?

Yes you can find that information located ni the Appendix which came with your game:

"X:3000ADUniversal Combat A World Apartdocsappendixappendix.html"

Ok so I may have a different game than your's but it's located in your install directory under the doc's folder.
