GCV Audacious was passing through Majoris en route to capture Tulon, when I noticed something flashing on Majora.

I thought the station could take care of itself, but why were it's shields down to ~3000? I had to investigate.

I found an undamaged Ves/Rai Sunflash sitting in the cylinder in the middle blowing merry hell out of the station. We've all heard of the "hide in the station's structure" tactic, but I've never seen (or heard of) an NPC ship doing it.

I'd like to know how a cruiser got there without bring blown away - well, until I arrived...

Do the NPCs read the forums?

heh, it was probably navigating around the station and saw a sweet spot to park in, knowing it couldn't be engaged.

The same thing happened to me last night in Sarien. Except it was a Violon, i never seen so many enemy ships at once all going for one target. My aestrom made quick work of a Violon, but the starstation Sarion was still badly damaged.(oh the glow! ) Then a enemy Aestrom appeared from nowhere(cloaked)to finish the station off and i fired on him untill he had nothing but space Marines floating around. And the whole time i'm hearing 'Something's Out there' So i just saved my game and went to sleep. I have a feeling they will be waiting on me when i return.
