Ace Ventura Posted January 5, 2004 Report Posted January 5, 2004 Well got the game [bcmg] about 4 or 5 days ago. Much harder than I ever anticipated. Beings that I couldn't post until now... I just searched my brains out and persisted to learn as much as I could. Well I am getting pretty far now... blew up a second star base yesterday... got about 70mil to shop with. Got a ? tho'. How long does it take RANDOM to become active. Seen it at a shop but it's greyed out. I got the itch to try it on somebody... Also can a star base/station be towed? Probably not, but I thought I'd ask. The ones I've blown up come back and are grey. If I don't do anything to them will they come back???

Hi there RANDOM weapon and the other artifacts start to be available at starbases after 2 days of play (48h) if I remember correctly.And you need your research engineer to be at 100 AI to program the weapon.Check the manual and manual appendix for info. When destroying a starbase it rebuilds again after some hours.Check the manual and manual appendix for info. Dont know if a starbase can be towed, just try it. And remember to check the manual and manual appendix for info when you are bored waiting the CC to repair. Bye
