Stations and Orbital Defense

So, I see I can buy/sell ODS (orbital defense stations) in Tradcom. So is there any way to actually deploy an ODS unit in orbit?

In once instance, I took over an enemy station, blowing up their ODS in process. I wanted to put my own near the station to help protect the region while the station repaired.

Is this implemented?

no, ODS's will repair over time like everything else but they can't be captured IIRC.

So from what I understand, an ODS is damaged, it will repair over time? That's good to hear. They really like tearing them up it seems in UC, more than in BCMG. Stations too! It would be cool though if you could repair and deploy them. At least we can trade them though. Good profit!
