captainjamesmartin Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 I bought the original game pretty much when it first came out, infact every version there has been! But i havent seen the function to beam to other ships? Is it available in UC?
fourtrax Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 Just a quick suggestion: you might wanna read this before you post anything else. Failure to do that tends to get you yelled at. If you're lucky.
captainjamesmartin Posted May 25, 2004 Author Report Posted May 25, 2004 Sorry didnt know, now can people answer my questioN?
Supreme Cmdr Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 If its not in the manual, its not in the game.
Scarlek Posted May 25, 2004 Report Posted May 25, 2004 Sure thing. It can't be done. Personally, I wouldn't send my boys over to a ship I intend on blowing up - would you? You can transport troops and crew to planet based locations via Tacops. Hope it helps.

captainjamesmartin Posted May 25, 2004 Author Report Posted May 25, 2004 Right thanx for your help. I saw a thread on this when BCM came out, i thought that it had been implemented. I checked the manual and it wasnt in there, or at least i dont fink, the manual is 54 pages! But thanx for your responses
fourtrax Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 quote:Originally posted by captainjamesmartin: the manual is 54 pages!Surely you're not talking about the same 96-page manual I have sitting in front of me?

The UK manual is smaller due to the smaller print size and fonts they used over there. I'm surprised anyone can bloody well read it. I have a copy here and its, well, smallish.

Guest Fox__Trot Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 Got moo? I mean wait I would send my boys over to any bc -- they can go right for the friggin reactors and all I have to do is come along and tow that bc into dock and collect the reward! oh yeah -Fox PS: I had nothing better to say honestly
Mordax Blyrr Posted May 26, 2004 Report Posted May 26, 2004 Usually I read manuals in bed (if the girl doesn't feel like *being cute*), but heck, with these kind of font sizes I get tired as fast as when the girl WOULD be in *being cute* mode And then to remember that my yearly medical shows no eye problems at all...
