Gun display doesn't update

Despite turning the IOD on and off (using the mouse on the Guns display on the left hand side of the screen) the bar graph doesn't update... just stays at 100. Only know the guns are off since pulling the trigger doesn't have quite the same deadly effect when your guns are off. Running game at 1280x1024 if that makes any difference.

This one works like the turret hotspot now. It worked differently before, since the guns were always ON.
