Pyromaniac Posted August 14, 2002 Report Posted August 14, 2002 I found this out when I was sleeping. It just popped into mind and I got up and tried it, and damn, what a lifesaver! If your a large ship, (stormcarrier) take your AE out and put him in a shuttle. Tractor your CC and drag it to wherever you want! This is way faster than using the hyperdrive on your CC. I think this is so helpfull!
Guest MIKE113 Posted August 14, 2002 Report Posted August 14, 2002 I use my shuttles to tow me around all the time! The only odd thing that happens is occasionally you will end up in Null Space region. Much faster if you rotate shuttles in & out,(low recharge time). Cruis. In Posted August 14, 2002 Report Posted August 14, 2002 I used my shuttles to tow around my CC in the beginning to save on radine when trading Iridium. After I had enough to trade weapons, I just put my AE in the shuttle and used itself.
Commander Elio Jason Posted August 14, 2002 Report Posted August 14, 2002 your not the first person to think this one up you know.

TARWMSRK Posted August 16, 2002 Report Posted August 16, 2002 I thought that had been fixed so it would be alot slower..
Tyrn Posted August 16, 2002 Report Posted August 16, 2002 quote:Originally posted by Carl Burning: I thought that had been fixed so it would be alot slower..Slower is all relative. Slow a shuttle down by half and it's still faster than a Stormcarrier.
