Ever find that your CC is too slow for serious trading but an SC can't hold enough cargo? The solution? Take all of your shuttles! [*]Assign a marine to each shuttle and the AE to SC1. [*]Launch all shuttles. [*]Order the other shuttles to escort SC1. [*]Go to your "buying" starstation and pick up some goodies. [*]Order all SCs to halt. [*]Fly over to the nearest shuttle. [*]Jump ship. That's right, take a spacewalk. [*]Dock and get some more goodies. [*]Repeat until all shuttles are full. [*]Order the other shuttles to escort you. [*]Fly to your "selling" starstation. I think you can work the rest out for yourself. Don't you just love the way this game rewards lateral thinking?

Eclipse Posted August 5, 2003 Report Posted August 5, 2003 Jastacar, basically it sounds line he is using a caravan. instead of trading with only one shuttle he uses all of them and has them follow him to the station.

dreadx Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 Faster still. Dock your CC at one of the stations. Load up all your shuttles, undock your CC, launch SH's and then use the trade-caravan trick. Park your CC at the supply station.
