movie rental night: ghost ship, jacka$$ the movie, and Bull Durham

ok first ill start off with ghost ship... as much as they pumped this one up, it came down as a serious disappointment to me. it was more of a gore filled beginning and a blah rest. its about a crew of salvagers who come across this derelict ocean liner that disappeared back in the 60's blah blah blah... reminds me of the movie with donald sutherland and jamie lee curtis... 5/10

Jacka$$ the movie. absoloutely hilarious. just like watching 84 minutes of the show. funny seeing grown men do stuff i used to do as a kid. still i spent 80 of the 84 minutes on the floor laughing. 9/10

Bull Durham. classic movie about minor league baseball. the whole mushy love scene crap i could have done without, but still a classic in my book... right up there with the shawshank redemption 8/10.

I passed on this one because I thought it was very not funny. I'll probably rent it - and if its not as LOL funny as you proclaim, you're in deep trouble pal.

ya parts were pretty disgusting... i have a strong stomach, and even i almost lost my cookies.

but like sebbish said, it depends on your view of funny. i have a sick sense of humor, and an evel kneivel streak in me a mile wide, so i found this movie to be hilarious.

if you dont like the show, then odds are you probably wont like the movie since its basically an hour and a hlaf long version.
